Job description
Position Objective: Provides comprehensive intake, assessment, and service planning for youth ages 18–24 referred to the PACE program. Supports young adults in identifying career pathways, educational opportunities, and setting realistic, individualized goals. Guides youth through the career decision-making process by helping them explore their strengths, interests, and prior experiences.
Ensures engagement by assigning activities and opportunities that are age-appropriate, developmentally supportive, and aligned with each youth’s career and educational aspirations.
