Pay attention to factors such as lighting, ventilation, and overall cleanliness.

Creating an engaging and welcoming physical space is essential for fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Classroom Routine and Behavior Management:Establish and maintain a structured classroom routine to provide students with a sense of predictability and security. Clearly communicate expectations for behavior, attendance, and participation.

As a fresher, it's important to be consistent in enforcing rules and consequences while also being fair and understanding. Implement effective behavior management strategies to address disruptions or conflicts promptly.
