GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead (Fort Stewart / Hunter AAF)

Claxton Logistics Services, LLC is a veteran-owned small business that provides program management and support services to the Department of Defense. We are seeking a GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead to own the preventive maintenance program and maintenance data in the Army's General Fund Enterprise Business System for the Directorate of Public Works at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia.

This position is contingent upon contract award. Selected candidates will be named in our proposal and will sign a letter of commitment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Validate and build the installation preventive maintenance program in GFEBS within the first 90 days, including equipment verification and task frequencies.
• Schedule, track and close preventive maintenance orders; publish the weekly PM schedule and monthly reports.
• Keep work orders, equipment master data, warranty data and the materials master accurate so labor and material costs are captured correctly.
• Close completed orders on time and keep maintenance data audit-ready.
• Train and back up the planners, schedulers and dispatchers in the Work Control Center. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• At least three years of hands-on GFEBS experience covering Property, Plant and Equipment, business intelligence, projects, preventive maintenance planning and execution, real property inventory updates, work orders, material planning and system reports.
• Demonstrated experience using GFEBS on a military installation.
• Able to hold the GFEBS A76 DPW Contractor roles: PM Master Data Maintainer, Preventive Maintenance Controller, GR Processor, Physical Inventory Maintainer, PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer, PM Order Approver, PM Order Maintainer and PM Reporter.
• Complete Government-provided GFEBS training within 30 business days of hire.
• Able to obtain a Common Access Card (favorable Tier 1 investigation; Tier 3 where required).
• Available on site Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience on an Army DPW or base operations support contract.
• Work reception and ArMA experience.
