Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our aesthetics-focused team at a new location in Lewis Center, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who has expertise in aesthetic based treatments. Key Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injections such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs, educate them on treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and compliance with industry regulations
• Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and products in aesthetic medicine
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and expand the clinic’s client base
• Participate in entrepreneurial initiatives to grow the practice, including branding, social media, and community outreach Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
• Must be an Advanced Practice Nurse and hold a valid State of Ohio APRN license
• Proven experience in administering Botox, dermal fillers, or similar procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth and innovation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of current aesthetic trends, products, and industry best practices
