Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our wellness focused team at a new location in Lewis Center, Ohio. As a key member of our wellness-focused team, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at optimizing health, wellness, and overall quality of life through evidence-based functional and integrative medicine approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans for patients, emphasizing wellness, longevity, and preventive health strategies
• Provide services such as hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapies, nutritional support, and metabolic health assessments
• Conduct comprehensive lifestyle assessments and recommend tailored interventions to improve patient health outcomes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, evidence-based wellness treatments including hair restoration therapies and other innovative health solutions
• Educate patients on health optimization strategies and support their journey toward improved well-being
• Stay current with advancements in functional medicine, longevity, and preventive healthcare to ensure the highest quality of care Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with experience in functional, integrative, or preventive medicine preferred
• Strong interest in wellness, longevity, and holistic health approaches
• Knowledge of hormone therapies, peptide treatments, metabolic health, and nutritional support
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovative healthcare solutions
