Security Guard

About the Role

A client in Manama, Bahrain is looking for a vigilant Security Guard to protect its premises, assets, employees, and visitors. The role involves regular patrols, monitoring access points, identifying security risks, and responding to incidents or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

Patrol and monitor the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Conduct routine checks of buildings, equipment, entrances, and access points. Monitor security systems and report any faults or unusual activity. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies. Maintain accurate daily security and incident logs.

Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or security breaches to management. Assist employees and visitors while maintaining a safe and professional environment. Follow established security procedures and attend required training.

Requirements

Previous experience as a security guard, watchman, or similar role preferred. Strong observation and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of security procedures and systems. Calm and effective approach to emergencies.
