Key Responsibilities
Deliver training in AI applications for inventory and supply chain management Facilitate hands-on learning using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and automation tools Conduct both classroom and virtual training sessions Design and customise course materials based on real-world logistics scenarios Teach inventory forecasting, reporting, and optimisation techniques Guide learners through case studies and simulation-based learning Requirements: 2–5 years of training experience in adult education (logistics, supply chain, or tech-related) 3–5 years industry experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations with AI exposure Practical experience in: Inventory workflows and forecasting AI tools for stock tracking and supplier analysis Supply chain planning and reporting Qualifications & Certifications: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Analytics, or related field ACTA or ACLP certification (mandatory) Certifications in inventory management, analytics, or AI applications preferred Preferred Skills: Knowledge of AI applications in inventory optimisation and automation Understanding of data ethics, responsible AI, and sustainability in supply chains Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience delivering training via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or e-learning platforms
