This position has the potential to be remote after a period of in office training and is for our Logan, Utah location. Who is Fox? Position Details Title: Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist Start Date: Position available for a quick start Location: Logan, Utah (Potential remote eligibility following training and approval) Reports to: Accounts Receivable Team Lead Wage: $18 - $20/hr Employment Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt (At-Will) Benefits: Competitive Health Insurance including Medical, Dental, and Vision for full-time employees 401k with a generous company match PTO after just 30 days for Full-time individuals Paid Holidays Paid Sick leave and Bereavement for FT/PT employees Empowering and positive workplace culture Strong potential and room for growth with an Individualized Leadership Plan for every team member Paid hands-on training opportunities Responsibilities Support the growth of Fox Pest Control through excellent customer service Connect with customers to resolve billing issue; collect payments, release invoices, data entry Contacting customers by phone, email, mail and by text Process all work with integrity and incredible attention to detail Consistent flexible work schedule - 8 hr shifts between 6 AM - 6 PM Skills and Qualifications High School degree/GED or higher Great customer service skills Proficient with Excel Spanish fluency is preferred Attention to detail and ability to pick out trends Data entry with accuracy and speed Ability to prioritize and quickly shift focus between various tasks Willingness and commitment to cultivating a positive and uplifting company culture Self-starter mentality and highly motivated Still exploring?
