Aquatics Masters Coach The Columbia Association Aquatics Department is looking for candidates who are able to be available for all scheduled practices and meets for our year-round swim program. Applicants will be required to complete various trainings to qualify under USA Swimming. Previous experience in swimming/coaching is desired , as well as confident communication skills for dealing with both swimmers and parents .

We expect our coaches to enjoy children and to be able to develop productive practice plans that enhance the swimmers' skills while still creating a safe and fun atmosphere in which to be competitive. The starting pay rate for this position is $ 21.00 an hour. Due to the volume of applications received, only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
