LPN - Med Surg

This is a FT position

• We have one FT
• Days and one FT
• Nights POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development and the care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served Contributes to the nursing assessment by collecting, reporting and documenting of data Assists the Registered Nurse in the development of the patient’s individualized plan of care Provides patient/family education based on plan of care and identified needs Promotes customer service initiative Demonstrates ability to perform technical skills and procedures within the scope of their licensure. All other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Current LPN licensure Current IV push certification Maintain current BLS (or obtain prior to the completion of orientation)
