Position Title: Machine Operator – 1st Shift Department: Manufacturing Hours: 5:30am – shift end (hours may vary) Schedule: Monday – Friday + Saturdays Pay Rate: $19.50/hour Location: Holland, Michigan There has never been a more exciting time to join Request Foods. Prepare machine/ filler. Perform data sheet checks and ensures completion of production paperwork.

Perform accurate placement of slip tickets, W.I.P. tickets on finished pallets of product. Perform code date set ups. Perform weight and waste tracking. Organize and maintain all tools and relevant equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Key Qualifications: One to three months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in English is required. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Good organizational skills and detail oriented. Able to be flexible with the variety of work responsibilities available. Self-motivated. Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical activity, including: Extensive walking and standing Repetitive motion (hands/wrists) Lifting up to 50 lbs Bending, twisting, and stooping Pushing/pulling equipment of various weights Work Environment: Cold and wet conditions (may vary)
