Parts Sales Representative

Our client is a Global Leader in the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) industry for Airports, offering a comprehensive range of solutions and aftermarket support services. They are looking to hire a Parts Sales Representative, based in Singapore, and have retained Timeo-Performance to support them in this search. As a Parts Sales Representative, you will support spare parts sales and aftermarket operations by responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations and orders, coordinating logistics, and working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the company’s aftermarket business. Your Impact Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries Prepare and provide accurate spare parts quotations to customers Prepare, process, and manage sales orders in the system Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups Prepare shipping orders, picking slips, and packing slips Receive incoming goods and update inventory records accurately in the system Coordinate shipment bookings and track inbound and outbound deliveries Support logistics coordination, including freight quotations for inbound and outbound shipments Prepare and issue invoices to customers Prepare purchase orders to vendors and ensure proper documentation is in place Work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to support daily operations Resolve basic issues raised by internal and external stakeholders Escalate urgent or complex issues to management when required Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion Qualifications Minimum GCE “O” Levels or equivalent At least 1–2 years of sales experience (indoor or outdoor sales) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service–oriented mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work productively and cohesively in a team-based environment Willingness to work in Loyang Possession of own transport would be an added advantage Timeo-Performance Pte Ltd / EA License No: 21C0685
