WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will work with Data & Analytics teams, ensuring the process of agile team’s assignments & composition is enacted Person taking the position will also support evolution and maintenance of all tools used in Agile Ways of Working defined for that area of accountability SKILLS & CAPABILITIES: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, tables, Pivot.

Tables, data analysis and maintenance of recurring operational/reporting datasets Working knowledge of Power Query, including maintenance of existing queries, integration of new data sources, troubleshooting refresh/transformation issues and performing minor query adjustments Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including maintenance of existing reports and semantic models, refresh monitoring and troubleshooting, data validation, and implementation of minor reporting and model enhancements Good proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with the ability to prepare professional presentations, process documentation, guidelines and management materials Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook for stakeholder communication, recurring process coordination, meeting organization and follow-up Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with multiple data sources, identify inconsistencies and investigate reporting or data-quality issues Process management and continuous-improvement capabilities, including documenting processes, identifying gaps and translating business or organizational changes into practical process, reporting and template adjustments Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate inputs, facilitate discussions and communicate complex topics clearly to both operational and management audiences Understanding of resource/capacity planning, demand and portfolio management, operational reporting and Agile/SAFe ways of working would be highly beneficial Ability to work independently and take ownership of recurring operational processes, ensuring timely execution, data quality and continuity of reporting REWARDS & BENEFITS: Private medical and dental care and life insurance.
