Data Lead R&D

Context: As part of its digital transformation, Ceva R D is creating a new Data Lead R D position to define and deploy its data strategy across the organization. Reporting to the Digital Data Analytics department, you will drive data governance, quality, and value creation across R D. You will lead an international team and position data as a key asset supporting analytics and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Define and Drive the R D Data Strategy Develop and implement the R D data strategy across business units and sites. Lead the data roadmap, including governance, MDM, data catalog, data products, and Snowflake platform development. Establish the data platform as a trusted source for analytics and AI. Align business, IT, and regulatory stakeholders around strategic priorities.

Lead and Develop an International Data Team Manage a team of Data Engineers and Clinical Data Managers across multiple locations. Foster collaboration between technical and business teams. Build and support the R D data community while developing team capabilities. Ensure effective data governance and data valorization Define and implement data governance, quality, and traceability standards.

Ensure data compliance and integrity in a regulated environment (VICH, veterinary GCP). Develop business-oriented data products that support R D, Analytics, and AI use cases. Harmonize data practices across sites and business entities.
