EHS Specialist

Context: At Ceva Animal Health, we share one common ambition: improving animal health and welfare. As part of the development and transformation of our Loudéac industrial site, we are recruiting an HSE Specialist for an 18-month fixed-term contract (FTC). Reporting to the Site HSE Manager and acting as a key partner to operational teams, you will contribute to strengthening our safety culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuously improving our environmental performance.

Your Mission: Support operational teams on-site in risk prevention and workplace safety matters. Participate in risk assessments, update the Single Risk Assessment Document (DUERP), and monitor preventive action plans. Lead and coordinate regulatory compliance projects, particularly those related to ICPE regulations (Classified Installations for Environmental Protection).

Contribute to initiatives related to chemical risk management, industrial effluents, and environmental protection. Organize and facilitate emergency response drills, including fire exercises. Conduct internal audits and support continuous improvement action plans. Represent HSE expertise in site development, transformation, and improvement projects.
