Agronomy Operations Technician

Mercer Landmark is looking for a dependable Agronomy Operations Technician to join our team in Coldwater. This hands-on position supports daily facility operations while helping serve local farmers and agricultural customers.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily operations both indoors and outdoors. Perform facility opening and closing procedures. Complete general maintenance and housekeeping tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Provide excellent customer service. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs. Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices. Forklift experience preferred. Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one. Ability to lift, walk, stand, and perform physical work for extended periods.

Willingness to work additional hours during seasonal peak periods.
