Staff Accountant- Grid Alliance Equipment

The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the accounting operations of Grid Alliance Equipment, LLC (GAE) through account reconciliations, journal entry preparation, fixed asset accounting, equipment lease accounting, intercompany transaction management, month-end close activities, and financial reporting support. This position works closely with the GAE Controller, Accounting Management, Fleet Operations, and affiliated operating companies to ensure accurate financial records, equipment cost tracking, and compliance with company accounting policies.

The ideal candidate will have experience with fixed assets or lease accounting, ERP systems, and multi-entity accounting environments where equipment transactions and intercompany activity are significant components of business ops.
