K2 Logistics is hiring enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Delivery Associates to join our team. As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers while providing excellent service. Company vehicle provided — no CDL required!

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a company delivery vehicle throughout your assigned route. Load and unload packages safely and efficiently. Deliver packages to customers accurately and on time. Follow assigned delivery routes, schedules, and instructions. Use a handheld device for navigation, routing, and customer delivery information.

Navigate a variety of residential and commercial delivery areas. Provide friendly and professional customer service at every delivery. Work safely in varying weather and road conditions. Maintain attention to detail and accurately follow directions. Communicate with managers and authorized company employees regarding schedules, performance, and other work-related matters.

Maintain a professional attitude and represent K2 Logistics positively in the community. Physical Requirements The Delivery Associate position requires physical activity throughout the workday. Candidates must be able to: Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Repeatedly enter and exit a delivery van. Walk, stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.

Walk up and down stairs while making deliveries. Safely load and unload packages. Perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Basic Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old . Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening. Must be comfortable driving for extended periods. Must be comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused. Positive attitude and strong customer-service skills. Team player with the ability to work independently. Schedule 8–10 hour shifts Day shifts beginning at approximately 11:00 AM No overnight shifts Full-time and part-time positions available Scheduling options may include: Monday–Friday Weekends Weekends as needed Weekends only Flexible scheduling Compensation & Benefits $24.
