K2 Logistix is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented Delivery Associates to join our growing team. Delivery Associates play an important role in ensuring every package reaches the customer’s door safely, accurately, and on time . We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay, paid training, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a company delivery vehicle at all times. Safely and efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles. Deliver packages accurately and on time. Use a handheld device for routing, navigation, and customer delivery information. Navigate a variety of routes throughout the assigned delivery area. Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes.

Load and unload packages for delivery. Provide excellent customer service and a positive delivery experience. Work safely and comfortably in varying weather conditions. Maintain strong attention to detail and follow directions accurately. Communicate with managers and authorized company employees regarding scheduling, performance, and other work-related matters.

Be a dependable team player while also working independently when required. Physical Requirements Delivery Associates should be comfortable performing physical activities throughout their shift, including: Lifting and carrying packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Getting in and out of the delivery van frequently. Walking and standing for extended periods.

Walking up and down stairs during deliveries. Loading and unloading packages throughout the workday. Performing essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Basic Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age . Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record .

Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test. Must be comfortable driving for extended periods. Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Must be able to receive text messages from company managers and other authorized employees regarding scheduling, performance, and other work-related matters on the phone number provided during the application process.
