Observes all safety regulations and ensures quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Coordinates Maintenance work. Provides Maintenance Trainee training. Relieves Maintenance personnel for breaks. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities: Supervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution. Oversees and provides guidance to the maintenance crew to ensure safety regulations, procedures, quality standards and budget are met. Coordinates Maintenance work.

Maintains, replace, build, adjusts and modifies the facilities, buildings and the grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non-emergency situations. Performs general housekeeping duties and keep maintenance area clean. Secure all equipment, as needed. Complete all necessary reports and paperwork. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards
