Experienced Line Cook We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented attractively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Adapt to menu changes and special dietary requests as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a line cook or similar role in a professional kitchen. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during busy service times. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
