As a Host, you’ll greet and seat guests, answer phone calls, and manage reservations through Open Table. You’ll help create a great first impression and keep service running smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities

Arrive on time and ready to support the team. Welcome guests warmly and help them get seated. Manage walk-in guests, waitlists, and reservations through Resy—we’ll show you how! Answer phone calls politely and assist with guest questions. Communicate with servers and managers about seating and guest needs. Help address guest concerns and involve a manager when needed.

Keep the host stand and entrance clean and organized. Complete sidework and opening and closing duties. Help maintain a safe and secure work environment. Follow the standards outlined in training and the employee handbook. Bring your friendly personality—we’ll help you build the skills. Apply today! Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Ability to effectively present our menu to guests and answer questions. Must be able to speak English. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. Work Environment While performing the duties of this Job, you are frequently exposed to outside weather conditions seasonally during Spring, Summer, and Fall when our outdoor patio is open.

Occasionally, you may be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the restaurant is usually moderate and can occasionally be loud.
