Architect and design ESM Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and design solutions that fulfill their requirements Stay up-to-date on the latest Service. Now and ESM trends and technologies Work with other teams to elaborate on Service. Now integration with other systems and processes Provide technical support to developers from architectural standpoint Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management / Help desk and IT Ops platforms Expertise with Service.

Now Strong understanding of ITIL and other ITSM frameworks Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills English level – B2+
