Ocoda Agency is hiring a high-caliber Senior Video Production for Travel&Toursim Project inside Ocoda agency to lead our expansion across the GCC market. Location: Dokki, Giza (On-site) Hojuzat Website: www.hojuzat.com The Opportunity You turn our elite properties and "Circles" into scroll-stopping video content. You bridge the gap between "Luxury Cinema" and "Raw Social Content," ensuring that every frame drives the "Hajiz" (Booking).
Responsibilities
High-Velocity Content Engine: Produce 15–20 high-quality short-form videos per month (Tik. Tok/Snap/Reels) that align with the Commercial Calendar. Hard Launch Asset Suite: Lead the production of the "Hard Launch" brand film and all supporting video ads for the Feb–Mar blitz. UGC Orchestration: Manage and "polish" raw footage from influencers and community members, adding the Hojuzat "Elite" touch through professional editing.
On-Site Field Production: Lead video shoots at our 25+ elite properties across KSA, managing lighting, sound, and direction to capture the "vibe" of luxury. Ad-Performance Iteration: Work with the Performance Senior to create "Hook Variations"—editing the first 3 seconds of videos based on which version is getting the lowest CPC.
Requirements
5+ years in Video Production/Editing (Luxury, Travel, or high-end Fashion experience is mandatory). Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Proven experience in the Saudi Market—you know how to film people and places while respecting local privacy and cultural etiquette. Ability to travel frequently to property sites across the Kingdom.
