Customer Service Support Administrator (Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities)

Customer Service Support Administrator £14.00 per hour | 6 month fixed term contract based in Abingdon | Temporary and temp-to-permanent opportunities may be available following our relocation to Reading in Spring 2027. Are you organised, customer-focused, and confident working across multiple systems? We are looking for a Customer Service Expert / Service Support Administrator to join our Service team and provide vital operational and customer support during a busy period.

You will be required to working in the office in Abingdon for the time you are contracted to do so. This is an office based position. Full-time: 37.5 hours over 5 days Part-time: 2-3 days per week (must include a Monday) (Please state your preferred working pattern in your application.) What you'll be doing: Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data Processing customer orders, credits, and replacement appliance requests Contacting customers by phone and email to arrange, confirm, and reschedule service appointments Supporting claims, returns, and reporting processes Providing administrative support across the wider Service team What we're looking for: Good IT capability to undertake administration tasks with minimal supervision Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator with strong customer service skills Comfortable using multiple systems and learning new processes quickly Able to manage priorities and adapt to the needs to the team in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM systems and SAP is desirable Why Miele?
