Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks according to blueprints, specifications, and industry standards.
• Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and stick welders.
• Ensure welds meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Inspect welds for defects and make necessary adjustments.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area. Minimum Requirements:
• Certification as a Welder.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in welding, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
