Techno-Functional Consultant – Credit Bureau & Lending

Hiring – Techno-Functional Consultant – Credit Bureau & Lending Location: Thane, Mumbai Experience: 5+ Years Required Skills: Credit Bureau Management, CIBIL/CRIF Integration, Lending Domain Knowledge, API & SQL Expertise, RBI/CICRA Compliance. Summary We are looking for a Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in CIBIL, CRIF and other Credit Information Companies (CICs) to drive bureau integration, credit reporting requirements and regulatory compliance for a lending fintech.

Responsibilities

• Own functional requirements for CKYC, CIBIL, CRIF, Experian, Equifax and other bureaus
• Understand and implement requirements under Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (CICRA) and applicable RBI/CIC directions
• Define bureau enquiry, consent, data, reporting and correction requirements
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Risk, Compliance and Operations teams
• Translate regulatory/business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, API/data specifications and test scenarios
• Own credit bureau data mapping, validation, reconciliation and reporting requirements
• Define requirements for bureau rejects, corrections, disputes and resubmissions
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of credit reporting
• Support UAT, production rollout, issue resolution and ongoing regulatory changes
• Coordinate with bureau teams/vendors and internal stakeholders Requirements
• 5+ years in lending/fintech/credit bureau domain
• Strong hands-on knowledge of CIBIL / CRIF / Experian / Equifax
• Good understanding of CICRA 2005, RBI credit information reporting requirements and digital lending ecosystem
• Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping, databases/SQL and lending/LMS systems
• Excellent techno-functional documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in credit bureau reporting, reconciliation and data-quality processes is highly preferred
