Onsite End User Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Onsite End User Support Engineer to provide comprehensive onsite IT support services for employees and VIP users. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality technical assistance, resolving end-user issues, supporting local IT operations, and ensuring smooth functioning of workplace technology, devices, meeting rooms, and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support for end users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and workplace technology issues. Deliver personalized VIP Support with a strong focus on service quality, responsiveness, and user satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, peripheral, and device-related issues to minimize business disruption.

Perform device installation, movement, configuration, and replacement activities as part of day-to-day onsite support operations. Support device onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring adherence to organizational processes and security requirements. Provide onsite assistance for meeting rooms, audio-video systems, and video conferencing setups to ensure seamless user experience.

Act as local technical support for remote teams by performing hands-on activities and coordinating issue resolution. Coordinate with local vendors and service providers when required to support hardware repairs and operational needs. Provide first-level support for local network-related issues and assist with basic troubleshooting activities.

Guide users on IT best practices, tools usage, and security awareness. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, asset movements, and issue resolutions. Prepare operational reports and update records to support local IT governance and service management.
