• Sells, AZ, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, GENERAL PURPOSE: Responsible for the day to day overall operation of Employee Housing, adhering to TONCA Employee Housing Guidelines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

In addition to performing Essential Functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of supportive functions based upon the requirements of the organization.

1. Assure adherence to TONCA Employee Housing guidelines and regulations as they relate to admission eligibility, tenant selection, calculation of tenant rent billing and eviction
2. Prepare and maintain waiting lists and communicate status with potential tenants.
3. Coordinate all occupancy move-ins and move outs.
4. Responsible for annual apartment inspections.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required.
6. Response to tenant issues and concerns
7. Prepare and submit budget to Board.
8. Response to all emergency calls relating to facility to Housing.
9. Responsible for operations consistent with the budget.
10. Recommend to the Board revisions and amendments to the TONCA Employee Housing Guidelines.
11. Maintain and safeguard confidential information.
12. Responsible for ordinary maintenance of housing units (e.g. Plumbing, electrical and drywall repair & windowpane replacement.)
13. Maintain grounds surrounding housing units and future clubhouse.
14. Mentoring a Plant Operations Employee. OTHER: Regular attendance in conformance with standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Due to the cyclical nature of the health care industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the facility. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required. Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with all applicable rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the facility. Employees who violate the rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS/BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS: Two years’ experience in Facilities Management or Housing Management; Technical Certification (Plumbing; electrical; carpentry; HVAC) Grooming: All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
