• Job Description Position Summary The Housing Manager is responsible for the consistent upkeep, safety, and order of Empowering Pivot housing and Tandem housing. This role ensures a clean, structured, and rule-compliant living environment for residents while providing transportation support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive patients to and from the center as needed for backup when Medicaid transportation is not available.
• Perform room turnover, including stripping beds (note: this does not include changing beds).
• Wash linens and ensure they are stocked at each house.
• Conduct room sweeps.
• Discard prohibited items in accordance with housing policy.
• Maintain and enforce housing rules.
• Intervene with problem-solving support in the house.
• Transport clients during discharge.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to enforce rules fairly and consistently.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position (part-time, no more than 20 hours per week). Contractors are paid per diem, up to $400–$500 per week, and must submit an invoice to receive payment. Mileage is not reimbursed — all work-related transportation is provided via the company van. Pay is issued in accordance with the bimonthly payment schedule Wage Disclosure: This is a 1099 contract position, and pay will be determined based on number of submitted assessments.

Range $150-$175. Tandem does not ask applicants for salary history.
