Principal AI Software Engineer

Your Role

Lead and manage the development of cutting-edge software solutions that set new standards for quality and innovation. Drive delivery excellence by combining strategic leadership with hands-on technical involvement. Understand and optimize existing platform features, ensuring scalability, reliability, and superior user experience.

Build and nurture a team of exceptional engineers, fostering an environment where talent thrives and ideas flourish. Make strategic technical decisions that align with business objectives and accelerate product success. Champion advanced engineering practices, including Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the technological vision. Managing a team along with tech responsibilities Qualifications: 8–12 years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in SQL Server, NoSQL databases, Python for AI/ML workflows, tools and data processing.

Familiarity with .NET and C# and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing and scaling engineering teams in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments. Ability to combine technical depth with strategic thinking, ensuring efficient delivery and platform optimization.

Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Proven experience in driving technical delivery while being hands-on when needed.
