Project Management Specialist

HART Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Project Management Specialist to work as a member of our Engineering Services Support team in Manassas, VA. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and are ready to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple small acquisitions and prototyping projects.
• Review, track, and coordinate multiple simultaneous procurements.
• Conduct weekly customer status and working group meeting to clarify requirements and define task prioritization.
• Generate, update and maintain project schedules and task status in supports of customer deliverables. This includes follow up with HART personnel for status, issues, and estimated completion dates to maintain project operations. Required:
• Bachelor's degree in technical or finance related discipline. - 6+ years of management experience working in complex technical environments.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance. Desired:
• Familiarity with government contracting.
• Experience working with electronics hardware and systems in a production environment. This position will be full-time.
