Commercial Portfolio Administrator

We are currently seeking a Commercial Portfolio Administrator to join our organization. As the Commercial Portfolio Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting Commercial Portfolio Managers (CPMs) in the administration and servicing of commercial banking relationships by assisting with annual reviews, renewals, modifications, monitoring, reporting, due diligence, maintenance, and loan file management.

You'll be a key contact for members, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and support servicing needs. You'll maintain portfolio records, track documentation, organize financials, and support commercial loan and deposit relationships while collaborating with Commercial Banking Operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, credit union policies, and regulatory standards.
