Maintenance Person

This is a full-time, union position with benefits and time off, upon meeting eligibility requirements.  Employees start out at pay range Level 1 and progress through six pay range levels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs upkeep for the City and the City’s Facilities. Cleans and repairs sewers, ditches, signs, and sidewalks. Performs street and road repairs. Operates a mower and performs various landscaping duties, leaf pickup, mulching, tree trimming, branch chipping, etc. Plows snow throughout City streets and City property.
