What you'll do
As a HR Project Manager within our HR Governance team, you'll lead HR projects that enhance the organization's Workday ecosystem and employee experience. The role is responsible for driving key initiatives across knowledge management, global payroll, benefits optimization, and change management while partnering with different stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate Workday-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and maintain HR knowledge in Confluence, ensuring documentation is accurate , accessible, and optimized to support AI-powered solutions. Coordinate projects and enhancements with the global payroll provider to ensure efficient and compliant payroll processes.
Lead initiatives to streamline and improve employee benefits processes and related Workday functionality. Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities. Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field . Proficiency in Workday is required . Familiarity with Confluence and AI tools is desirable. Experience managing HR projects, preferably within a Workday environment. Experience with change management, and cross-functional project delivery.
