THIS POSITION WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL FILLED This senior management position will develop and manage multiple facilities and capital projects. Reporting directly to the Director of Project Management, the Facilities/Capital Projects Engineer develops and manages complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing and facilities capital projects, through performance contracting, critical path scheduling, and other best management practices, to ensure the capital improvement and preventive maintenance program is consistent County-wide.
In addition, this position plays a key role in developing the County's Capital Plan and implementing the facility plan that was developed for the County's capital assets.
