岗位职责 / Duties:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for coffee operations, focusing on brewing techniques, equipment handling, and customer service standards.
- Develop training materials, including manuals, videos, and e-learning modules, tailored to different skill levels and operational needs.
- Conduct regular on-site training sessions and workshops across stores in Riyadh to ensure consistent coffee quality and service delivery.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve training content and methods.
- Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development initiatives.
任职要求 / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coffee operations or food and beverage training, with a strong background in specialty coffee.
- Proven experience in designing and facilitating training programs in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Riyadh and adapt training delivery to diverse learning styles.
