Job description
Position Summary
The Shipping & Receiving Lead is a hands-on, working lead responsible for coordinating day-to-day dock activities to ensure inbound receipts and outbound shipments are processed safely, accurately, and on time. This role assigns and prioritizes work for shipping/receiving associates, maintains required shipping/receiving documentation (e.
g., packing lists, bills of lading), supports inventory accuracy in the WMS/ERP, and serves as the first escalation point for issues related to counts, damage, and shipment/receipt discrepancies.
