What You’ll Do: Assist with daily follow-ups on customer orders and shipments Support data entry, order review, and system updates Coordinate internally with finance, supply chain, logistics & R&D to ensure smooth delivery Help with reporting, customer communications, and general admin tasks You’re a Great Fit If You: Are enrolled in a Dutch higher education program and eligible for an internship agreement Are detail-oriented, organized, and proa ctive Are available 3–5 days/week for at least 4 months Are proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus Speak and write fl uent English and Chinese What We Offer: Full onboarding & training on products and systems A bright, modern office in Hoofddorp (shuttle from the train station provided) A supportive, international team Monthly internship allowance + travel reimbursement
