Maintenance Technician

You are a detail-oriented, analytical maintenance professional who takes pride in precision and follow-through. Naturally inquisitive, you seek to understand the “why” behind issues and approach tasks with accuracy and discipline.

You thrive in roles that require close attention to procedures, specific job assignments, and a variety of technical responsibilities. What You’ll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical components (gears, bearings, drives, gearboxes, timing systems). Diagnose, repair, and install electronic systems including servo motors/drives, AC/DC motors, sensors, PLCs, computers, and control systems.

Perform troubleshooting and installation on pneumatic systems (compressors, logic circuits, actuators, sensors). Fabricate parts and equipment using welding and machining techniques. Interpret complex schematics, blueprints, specifications, and technical manuals. Maintain accurate records of work orders, equipment logs, and inventory.

Support building maintenance, procurement, and inventory of parts, tools, and materials. Mentor others on basic equipment maintenance. Use Redzone technology to optimize equipment performance and maintenance processes. Follow all safety protocols and standardized work procedures. What You Bring Associate degree, vocational certificate, or technical degree in a related field required.

At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills and basic computer proficiency (MS Office). Proficient in English language skills: reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
