Police Officer (Must be certified Peace Officer)

OFFICER SIGNING AGREEMENT INCENTIVE $10,000 hiring bonus for valid TCOLE certification prior to hiring. $4,000 for each completed year of state licensing agency, certified regular full-time, paid peace officer time, to a maximum of five (5) years for a total of up to $20,000. The incentive comes with an agreement of continued employment with the City of Beaumont Police Department for a minimum period of thirty-six (36) months after hire date.
