Understanding of banking regulations Good Communication skill and understanding of Modern Technology Stacks Role: Work on projects and continuous improvement of products and services; provides coaching and mentoring of others across the team, and wider Data, Insights & Intelligence. Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.

Propose changes and solutions to address business challenges and requirements. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
