Finance Officer

Summary This role is dedicated to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of an organization's financial ecosystem. Responsibilities

Manage and update a complete archive of financial documentation, including receipts, payment vouchers, invoices, expenditure logs, and all necessary supporting records. Facilitate the creation and ongoing oversight of organizational and project budgets, monitoring spending against allocated funds to detect and report any significant deviations immediately.

Execute daily financial operations such as processing payments, handling reimbursements, and managing cash advances in strict alignment with established company protocols. Contribute to the compilation of monthly, quarterly, and project-specific financial statements, guaranteeing that all data is precise, thoroughly documented, and delivered by established deadlines.

Verify that all financial activities meet internal governance standards, donor stipulations, and regulatory procedures while maintaining organized records ready for audits and financial reviews. Partner with program and administrative units to assist in budget planning, expense tracking, procurement file management, and financial strategy, while providing necessary support during audit processes and information requests.
