Event Specialist

The Event Specialist is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused event professional responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end catered events throughout Southern California. This position manages event details from post-contract handoff through completion, including client communication, vendor coordination, tastings, event detailing, BEO accuracy, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.

The Event Specialist supports sales and event operations by maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with event bookings and client service, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
