Food & Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations within their assigned hotel outlet and related areas, which may include restaurant and bar operations, banquets, rooftop service, and/or In-Room Dining. This role ensures the highest standards of service, quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

The Food & Beverage Manager leads and supports the F&B team, oversees daily operations, manages inventory and cost controls, and ensures service standards align with the hotel’s brand and guest expectations. This position works closely with Culinary and other hotel departments to maintain seamless operations, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
