Your responsibilities

🎓 Leading and coordinating orientation for new employees. 📚 Planning and conducting staff education and mandatory in-service training. 👩⚕️ Partnering with the Director of Nursing on staff development, recruitment, and training initiatives. 💡 Developing educational materials, training programs, and instructional resources.

🤝 Collaborating with department leaders to promote facility-wide learning. ❤️ Supporting high-quality resident care through ongoing education and professional development. 📋 Maintaining employee education, training, and required health screening records. 🌟 Helping our team stay current with nursing practices, facility policies, and applicable regulations.

📞 Participating in RN on-call rotation as assigned. ✅ WHAT YOU’LL NEED Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing. Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina REQUIRED Supervisory or administrative experience preferred; three years of experience is identified in the position qualifications. Strong leadership, organization, communication, and time-management skills.

Knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care standards.
