Production Trainee

Supports the construction process by assisting with the assembly, fabrication, and installation of building components. This position works as part of a team to ensure homes are built safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with the production and assembly of construction components and building materials. Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively. Read and follow work orders, instructions, and production schedules. Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility and job sites. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy. Assist with packaging, staging, and preparing products for delivery. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs and concerns. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
