Who we are looking for We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to take ownership of payroll operations across multiple business units. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and able to manage payroll processes independently while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. Salary Range: 70K-80K

What you will do

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple business units. Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution. Coordinate payroll activities with external payroll providers and relevant stakeholders. Support contractor payment administration and workforce-related financial processes. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations and policies. Partner with Finance and HR teams to support employee lifecycle processes impacting payroll. Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution. Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and operational efficiency. Provide professional and responsive support to employees regarding payroll-related matters.

Requirements

Experience processing payroll. Must. Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements. Must. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Must. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage payroll processes across multiple entities. Must. Strong operational mindset focused on accuracy and employee service. Experience working with contractors and external payroll vendors. Advantage. Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, including payroll transitions or system/process integrations. Strong advantage.
