Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist will work with clients to build individual rehabilitation plans designed to help them develop or regain physical or mental functioning through occupational-based activities in the client’s natural setting; i.e. homemaking skills, activities of daily living, sensorimotor, educational, recreational, vocational, and social activities.  The Occupational Therapist will provide community based services to clients in order assess skills and to support maintenance of skills and safety in the community.
