Clinical Lab Scientist/Technician - Full-Time | Evenings
Job description
The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected healthcare organization in beautiful Helena, MT to find skilled and motivated Clinical Laboratory Scientists to join their team. In this role, you’ll work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals performing critical diagnostic testing that directly supports patient care and clinical decision-making.
Schedule: Full-Time | Evenings | 8-Hour Shifts What You’ll Do Perform routine and specialized diagnostic testing on blood and other body fluid specimens Analyze, interpret, and report laboratory results with accuracy and attention to detail Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment Collaborate with physicians, nurses, & healthcare teams to support exceptional patient outcomes Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced laboratory environment Participate in on-call coverage as needed What We’re Looking For Minimum of 1 year of experience as a generalist Clinical Laboratory Scientist in a hospital setting Baccalaureate in Medical Technology or equivalent field National certification through agencies such as ASCP, NCA, or equivalent required Montana Clinical Laboratory Scientist licensure required (within 6 months of hire) We’re seeking someone who is: Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable & professional Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication Ability to remain composed and perform accurately in fast-paced environment What You Can Expect: Benefits: Competitive Compensation Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Long & Short-Term Disability Coverage, HSA& FSA Options Generous PTO, Vacation days, holidays & sick leave Tuition Assistance & Reimbursement 403(b) Retirement Plan with 3% employer match Cafeteria, Health Club Membership & Affordable Child Care Success Share Payout Compensation is reviewed annually to remain competitive with industry standards.
